DIRECT TO GARMENT

            OUR PROCESS

                Do you have an image that you want to print? We can do that! Here at Production Point, we have state-of-the-art direct to garment (DTG) printers that

have the ability to print without screen or ink limits. Though, there are no color limits there are a couple of limits to garment compositions that we

are able to print onto in order to provide our partners with the highest quality images and printing possible.

ILLUSTRATION

Taking your image/logo and preparing it into the proper format for DTG use.

PREPARATION

Preparing your garment with pretreat in order for the ink to proerly adhere to your garment.

PROGRAMMING

Programming the direct to garment machine with your logo with the best settings to ensure the highest quality design.

DECORATION

Loading your garment onto the DTG printer and decorating it with your design.

CURING

After decoration, the ink must be cured on a heatpress or in our conveyer dryer. Quality control is performed during this step.
